Yes! All the Crinds designer handbags, ladies purse, sling bags, tote bags, pouches, backpacks, purses, shoulder bags, clutches & wallets are easily returnable. Although our products are so beautiful and unique that you won't feel like returning it and we take special care to deliver the best quality service and products but still if you won't feel satisfied you can easily initiate return within 3 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order.
To start your return just send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order number, Name and Reason for return or call us directly on our customer care number.
Once we will receive the returned product, after inspection of condition we will initiate the refund process within 24-48 hrs. Depending on the payment method chosen by you at the time of order placement your money will reach you within few days.
General Returns Policy
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
- Serial Number is tampered
- Product is used or altered
- If request is initiated after 3 business days of order delivery
In general, an item is eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
- Needs to replace with some other design within same price range or higher
- Products specially marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
- The free gift (if any) is included as a part of the item order also needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
Detailed Return Policy
CRINDS.COM offers a simple and easy 3-days return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.
All returned items must be unused and unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
All items purchased from CRINDS.COM can be returned for a full refund within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider)
The customer can choose to get the entire cash refund as a bank transfer into their account or in the form of a Coupon Credit in their CRINDS.COM account.
Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:
- The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
- They should be returned within 3 calendar days from the delivery date.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective product, CRINDS.COM should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We may request you to share photos at email@example.com
- If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the items.
In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to CRINDS.COM.
Shipping Address (depending upon the seller/ location of customer) for self-shipment of products will be provided on email to the customer after receiving the return request.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

Online Return / Exchange
You can return or exchange an item online at CRINDS.COM by following the below steps.

- Note down your order number.

To process a return or exchange successfully, please re-pack the items to be returned with all the original packaging & tags that they were shipped with.

The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:
- Cash refund via bank transfer into their account. Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking Or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
- A Coupon Credit of the refund value on your email or sms through Crinds.com, which can be redeemed against any purchase on CRINDS.COM. You may check the issued Coupons under the ‘Account’ section, by clicking on ‘My Account’ on Crinds.com
Terms & Conditions

Cancellation before shipment:

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours (If you paid online) after the cancellation request.
Cancellation post shipment:
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, then also you can use the link available in your order confirmation email or write to our customer support team on email@example.com or call us on +91 91050 02333.
- In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
- Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours (if you paid online).
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours (if you paid online) after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 7-10 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through Crinds coupons, which can be used during future purchases.
What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
